Yes, lots of people have passed on during his time in office - like 2700 American soldiers...he just doesn't care who dies, does he? 'Kenny Boy' probably died of a broken heart from the way Dubya threw him under the bus.

My first thought was it was a big fake. Someone should check and see if this is the same doctors that took care of Cheney's buddy that he shot in the face.
