I've been a little concerned about the advent of space tourism - and I say a little just to be polite. The cost of a jaunt into space for a tourist is huge; time and training, of course, but I'm also talking about the financial price tag (commissionable at 10%, that commission is more than my normal salary.)(so if I sold one, I'd be able to buy a condo in space too.)
My point is this: the reason the GOP doesn't give a rat's ass about Global Warming or other ecological disasters is that they know they can afford those condos in space. I'm appalled.
