    I was against cloture...I think we need to pick and choose our battles...Alito was no Bork but if anyone was expecting Ginsburg they are crazy.

    Ryan, we do need to 'pick our battles', but I think this was one of the ones we needed to pick. How long can we sit around with the hand-wringing while this simian usurper grows bolder by the day?
